The University Advising Center provides the following services:

  • Developmental course selection based on THEA scores
  • Certification of developmental course completion
• Unofficial course evaluation for new, undeclared transfer students
• Probation, dismissal, and readmission advising for undeclared students or students wishing to change their major to undeclared
• Potential for Academic Success Seminar (PASS class)
• Explanation of academic policies and procedures
• Informing students of resources for researching majors and careers
• Assisting students with course scheduling and planning

Most students are required to meet with an Academic Advisor each semester before they can register for classes.
